Terms & Conditions

Effective May 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quadrant(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quadrant is a personal task management application that organises your tasks into four quadrants. The Service is provided by Preet Kamal Singh Minhas(“we,” “us,” or “our”).

3. Accounts & Authentication

Access to the Service requires a valid email address. We use a magic-link authentication system — no password is stored. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You must not share your sign-in links with others.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service.

5. Your Data

Your tasks and account data belong to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. We collect limited analytics (sign-ups, visits, and country of origin) solely to understand how the Service is used.

You can permanently delete all your data from the Settings page. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

6. Intellectual Property

The Quadrant name, design, and underlying code are owned by Preet Kamal Singh Minhas. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preet Kamal Singh Minhas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account via Settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
